NPHC President's Welcome

 Greetings Everyone, 

 My name is Ainye Rogers and I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a senior here at EKU. It is such a   honor to be able to serve as the president of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Being involved in these   organizations help you grow into the very best version of yourself and helps you seize opportunities.  

 The National Pan-Hellenic Council was founded on May 10, 1930 at Howard University in Washington, DC. The purpose   of NPHC is unanimity of thought and action as far as possible in the conduct of Greek letter collegiate fraternities and   sororities and to consider problems of mutual interests to it’s member organizations. The Council is made up of nine   different historically black fraternities and sororities, known as the Divine Nine; 

 Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
 Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
 Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
 Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
 Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
 Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
 Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.
 Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. 

 As a council, we endeavor to establish a positive climate for each student throught endless events that each   organization host that rigorously centers around the mission and purpose behind that organization. As President of the   organization, I will make sure we stay true to our mission and execute new ideas to make a place of position for all. We   invite you to come out and learn more about us.
