Mission & Vision

Mission Statement

We, the fraternity & sorority community at Eastern Kentucky University, are dedicated to the betterment of those with whom we come into contact.  We believe in the value of fraternal association and in the potential of the members of our fraternities and sororities.

Pillars

Scholarship: To create opportunities and an environment conducive to growth and achievement in all aspects of academia.

Service: To encourage servant leadership in our members by serving the community of Richmond, the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, and the philanthropies as determined by our chapter and our inter/national organizations.

Leadership: To demonstrate the characteristics of dependable, motivated, honest, and committed leaders by creating an environment that develops, inspires, and molds today's students into tomorrow’s professionals.

Life: To develop lasting internal and external relationships within our organizations as well as with alumni, the community, and the University.

 Vision Statement

It is the vision of the EKU Fraternity & Sorority Community to purse common goals of excellence through scholastic achievement, cooperation, and service to others.  This vision shall be obtained by maintaining a positive attitude and respecting the ritual of each fraternal organization.
