NPHC President's Welcome
It is my pleasure to welcome you, and I appreciate your interest in the historically Black Greek-Letter Organizations (BGLOs) here at EKU. Among the nine organizations, we currently have five.
Throughout the broad spectrum of characteristics to become a part of one of these organizations is a common goal - service! Each organization has initiatives and goals to reach on a national and international level. It is dependent on the members of each organization to carry out these goals and implement them through campus-wide outreach. Getting the campus community involved requires hard work and dedication. This is the very basis of the initial start of each organization. It required one group of people to come together in order to complete multiple tasks. Through these organizations students gain organizational, leadership, and daily life skills.
Despite the differences in backgrounds of our organizations, we are at the forefront of sisterhood/brotherhood. Every organization encourages healthy relationships, fundamental necessities and service to all mankind.
NPHC looks forward to working with you, and hopefully we will catch you at our events.
RETHINK what it means to be GREEK!
Latrell Floyd, NPHC President
